Shipping Policy

Effective date: October 6, 2025

Unique Brands Com, LLC (“we,” “us,” “Unique Brands,” “Bonton,” or “Bonton.com”) offers standard ground shipping, with fees calculated based on the combined weight of all items in your order after any coupons or discounts have been applied and before tax is added. Rates are determined by total shipment weight and apply to all orders, including those fulfilled directly by third-party brand partners.

Oversized items may incur a surcharge between $35 and $55 due to weight, size, or special handling requirements. This surcharge is not included in shipping promotions and will be added separately.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories.

Shipping Times

Orders are processed immediately and shipped on business days, defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In some cases, merchandise may ship earlier than expected. Delays may occur if there is a problem processing your payment or if additional verification is required. If we are unable to process your payment, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods

Your order may be shipped from multiple locations and may arrive in separate packages on different days. We will select the most appropriate delivery method based on the weight and destination of each package. If your order is split into multiple shipments, your total shipping charge will be divided across those packages. This may result in multiple charges to your account, but it will not affect the total cost of your order. If any item becomes unavailable, it will be canceled and refunded to your original payment method.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or to U.S. Territories beyond Puerto Rico. Most items can be shipped to P.O. Box addresses, except for oversized items or those subject to a shipping surcharge. Orders over $500 may require a signature upon delivery. Please refer to your tracking information for confirmation. We are unable to accommodate multiple delivery addresses in a single order. If you need items shipped to different locations, please place separate orders.

Restrictions on Air Shipping

Certain items are considered restricted by the U.S. Department of Transportation and must be shipped via Standard Ground. These include aerosols, pressurized spray cans, alcohol-based products such as nail polish, nail polish remover, and hairspray, as well as shaving cream and items containing lithium batteries. These products are not eligible for Express Shipping. Additionally, oversized items such as rugs, mattresses, and furniture may be excluded from Express Shipping due to their size or weight.

Payment and Gift Cards

Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is submitted. To ensure a secure shopping experience, we reserve the right to cancel gift card orders. If your order is canceled, you will be notified via email.

Gift Packaging

Gift boxes and gift wrapping are not currently offered.
