Available Shipping Methods and Rates offers free economy and standard shipping on all orders (before tax and after discounts) over a minimum order value as shown in the chart below:

Delivery Locations

Merchandise can be shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States. At this time, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or any off-shore U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are sent electronically through email and should be received within 48 hours of the order being released.

Gift Boxes and Gift Wrap

We currently do not offer gift boxes and gift wrap.

Restricted Items

Federal air safety regulations prevent the shipment of hazardous, aerosol and alcohol-based items (including hairspray, nail polish, nail polish remover, shaving cream and items containing a lithium battery) via Express 2 Day Air delivery. Due to these restrictions, the U.S. Department of Transportation requires these items to be shipped Economy or Standard Shipping only.

In addition, select items are not eligible for Express 2 Day Air delivery due to their large size or heavy weight. These items include but are not limited to rugs and furniture, at this time.

Special Handling

Items marked as “Special Handling” require an extra fee to ship because they are overweight and/or oversized. Items that are considered overweight or oversized will have information included on the product page identifying them. This information and the additional fee will appear in checkout.

Multiple Packages

On occasion, merchandise orders from our site will be filled and shipped from multiple vendors or fulfillment sites. If this occurs, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation and items may arrive separately.

Additional shipping charges will not be added in these cases. Shipping charges for the order total (if applicable) will be split across all the items in the order.

Order Tracking

For orders placed online that contain merchandise or a combination of merchandise and gift cards, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped. Then you will be able to track your order on the carrier's website by entering the tracking number provided in the email.
