200 TC Sheet Chambray Fling Sheet Set is made from fabric woven to the highest specifications. Single ply yards are woven in a single pick weave (the best) for softness and performance. The Percale cotton is woven and finished on exclusive extra wide looms in Portugal and dyed and finished to the highest standards of color control. The Chambray fabric is produced by weaving yarn dyed warp with a white weft imparting a unique color effect to the fabric. Percale is cool and crisp and is a favorite for hot sleepers. Single ply percale is extremely durable as it incorporates the one yarn over one yarn under technology.The Double stitching on the hem is produced by sewing machines. Each and every piece is made by an individual operator.The Flat Sheet is over sized and the full length of the top of the flat sheet is embellished with the double stitching. The Pillowcases are made to the highest standards with the Stitching all around the front and back of the cuff.The fitted sheet has a luxury deep pocket that fits virtually all of todays mattress depths.While the fabric is cool and crisp it is also soft and supple due to the high quality of the combed cotton yarns; the fabric will get even softer with washing over the years. The hems are all tailored with many stitches per inch, far exceeding the industry standard.
