Josephine 400 Thread Count Printed Sheet Set is made from fabric woven to the highest specifications. Single ply combed cotton yarns are utilized to weave a sateen fabric resulting in superior base for an extraordinary soft sheet set. Even before processing and printing the greige (natural) fabric is soft and smooth.After weaving, a series of performance enhancing procedures are employed using a proprietary finishing and printing process to achieve a very smooth, soft and lustrous mirror finish which will last through numerous wash and dry cycles.Now ready for cutting and sewing, the fabric is cut to luxury sized dimensions. Special attention in the cutting and sewing is evident by the single pleat detail that is sewn at the hem on the flat sheet and on the hem of the pillowcases. Incorporating the single pleat involves making sure that the pleat is completely even along the length of the hem. The Flat Sheet is over sized both in length and width. Enjoy the extra length when turning down the bed. The fitted sheet with elastic all around sheet has a luxury deep pocket that fits virtually all of todays mattress depths. It will fit up to 18” mattresses.
