Pagod Vase Large

Pagod is a trendy vase that draws you back to the 60's. Skilled glassblowers at the Kosta glass company blow the vase by mouth. This method, known as underlay, employs a multi-layer glass construction in which clear glass is laid like a casing over the stained glass to create a refined and aesthetically pleasing effect. Anne Nilsson is responsible for the jovial layout. She's one of Sweden's top glass designers because she understands how to combine simplicity of language and purpose with skillful production to create pieces that are both practical and beautiful.
