How to use

1. Tap our Duo Fiber Brush directly into the In Bloom Powder Blush. Tap off excess product.
2. Apply color with a light hand to the apples of the cheeks, sweeping towards your temples.
3. Further diffuse color by blending out to the desired level of pigmentation.
